Pie Time!

Hey! Here's a pie recipe from my Mom! It's really good.

Pie Crust
1 1/2 cups finely ground graham crackers (1 pack)
1/3 cup white sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
Melt butter. Mix ingredients together. Press into pie pan. For a baked crust, bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes. For an unbaked crust, chill in fridge for 1 hour.

Cherry Cream Cheese Pie
1 block cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 cup Lemon juice (about 2 medium sized lemons)
1 can cherry pie filling

First, set cream cheese out. When mixed in, it should be soft all the way through. If you're in a hurry, it can go in the microwave for 20 seconds.
Roll lemons on a hard surface before juicing them. Then, squeeze them like you normally would.

Mix all ingredients together and beat until smooth.
Pour filling into baked crust.

Let pie sit in fridge for 1 or 2 hours to set up.

Add cherry pie filling as topper and eat up!
