Secret Recipe: Cherry Cream Cheese Pie

1- 9 inch graham cracker crust
1- 8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
1- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1- 21 oz. can cherry pie filling, chilled

1. In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
2. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
3. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with pie filling.
This pie does well frozen, but you have to thaw it out!
